Wiggin out

Last night when Jensen said good night to Liz, he asked "Mama, when ur hair growing back?" Liz told him that it will take a while, he demanded a look under her hat, then he said, "That sure taking a long time!"

Yup. But it's for the right reasons.

I left early and came back late, all in an effort to master the dark arts of hypothesis testing for a mean and amortizing bond discounts. The academic highlight of the day was running multiple regression analyses through the Excel data analysis toolpak. I wish I was kidding. I love this stuff.

The soul-warming highlight of the day was to be back with my Notre Dame friends, collecting fist bumps, high fives, shoulder pats, and one-handed man hugs. I did worry about and miss me lady, though. But she was in good hands: she and Sarah went to a wig shop in Hinsdale to buy some new hair. Never thought that would happen.

So here's what the beautiful woman picked:

She was slightly tempted to become a redhead:

This was a tough one for her to skip:

And as a blonde:

She's a hot brunette. I'm glad she's smiling. And she seized the day: full activity, Chipotle meal, out and about, all the day after port placement. She's beat, but happy. Grateful for Kyoko (and Jess and Heather and...). Also happy Tami is back!

Off to bed so I can hopefully improve my microeconomics and marketing knowledge before we give it another shot early tomorrow.

Oh, and this one is for the grandmas: Eli's first teeth just cut through today, one on the bottom and one on top. Here we go...

Go Team Liz!

  7. I think they look great on you, and I got a laugh out of the long blonde one. You really could pull off being a red head if you wanted, but I like the one you picked out.
Baby Eli with teeth already, Nooooooo he is to stay little forever!!! All of your little men are growing up so fast.
Aaron you talked about things in your class that I am not even sure if you are speaking english, you are way over my little head.
Keep up all of the amazing work and having fun along the way too.
